CANDIDATE INFORMATION NOTICE REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA


Dear Candidate,


This information notice has been prepared by BASSI DESIGN MOBİLYA MİMARLIK KİMYA İNŞ. İÇ VE DIŞ TİC. SAN. LTD. ŞTİ. acting as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL") and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Compliance with the Obligation to Inform, in order to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, the legal grounds for processing, the method of collection, to whom it may be transferred, and your rights under the PDPL.


1. What Personal Data Do We Process?


- Your name, surname, year of birth, gender;

- Your email address, phone number;

- Your educational status, certificate and diploma information, expertise, foreign language skills, information about your talents, seminar and course attendance information, computer skills, exam results;

- Information about your work experience

- Information about the job position you are seeking;

- Your reference information (name, title, workplace, contact information of the reference person),

- Other information that you voluntarily add to your resume but which we cannot foresee.


Your personal data are processed in accordance with the PDPL.


The mentioned data may be stored by BASSI DESIGN MOBİLYA MİMARLIK KİMYA İNŞ. İÇ VE DIŞ TİC. SAN. LTD. ŞTİ. for up to 1 year if your job application is not approved, or up to 10 years from your departure if it is approved.


2. For What Purposes Do We Process Your Personal Data?


Your personal data mentioned above are processed for the following purposes related to the performance of this Employment Contract:

- Management of your job application process,

- Communication with you,

- Ensuring the determination of whether you have sufficient qualifications for the position we will recommend to you,

- Meeting with individuals we can refer to and determining whether you are suitable for the job,

- Determining whether there is a suitable job for the position you want to work for,

- Determining your suitability for the position to be recommended to you in terms of age and compliance with the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Employment of Child and Young Workers,

- Contacting the candidate for employment.


3. How Do We Process Your Personal Data and Based on Which Legal Grounds?


Your personal data are processed by relying on the legal grounds stated in Article 5 of the Law, namely (i) "it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation", (ii) "it is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject", and (iii) "it is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, directly related to the parties to the contract", (iv) "explicit consent" as an automated (for example, being automatically sent to our system over the internet) or non-automated methods (for example, noting information you provided to us over the phone).


4. To Whom and for What Purposes Do We Transfer Your Personal Data?


Your personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies for the purpose of resolving legal disputes or upon request in accordance with the relevant legislation, or to companies within our cooperative in order to employ you.


5. What Are Your Rights Regarding the Processing of Personal Data and How Can You Access These Rights?


You can submit your requests regarding your rights specified in Article 11 of the PDPL to BASSI DESIGN MOBİLYA MİMARLIK KİMYA İNŞ. İÇ VE DIŞ TİC. SAN. LTD. ŞTİ. in writing or using registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address previously notified to the data controller by the relevant person and registered in the system of the data controller in accordance with Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Compliance with the Obligation to Inform.
