Bassi is rooted in a culture of making that understands materials, values detail and sees furniture as part of architecture.
Over time, woodworking, metalwork, upholstery, bespoke production and interior architecture came together under one roof. This unity became our defining strength, from individual pieces to complete projects.

Bassi's first design workshop
Behçet Kepkan brought his experience in production, design and interior architecture together with a clear aesthetic vision to establish Bassi's first workshop.

Bringing production disciplines together
Woodworking, metalwork and upholstery were united within one quality system, expanding our capacity for bespoke furniture and projects.
- 2017
A professional production workshop
A professional workshop was established for more precise, controlled and project-specific production. Woodworking, metalwork and upholstery came together in an advanced production environment.

Entering retail with the Bassi brand
Bassi brought a new voice to furniture retail, taking its experience in design and production from the workshop into showrooms.

An integrated design brand
Bassi brings one design language to collections, bespoke furniture, interior architecture and installation, creating living spaces in Türkiye and beyond.
